Scope of Services: Pankaj DigiWorld agrees to provide digital marketing services to the client as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Services may include but are not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and website optimization.

Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary resources, including but not limited to website access, branding materials, and any other assets required for the execution of the digital marketing services. The client also agrees to promptly respond to inquiries and provide feedback as requested by Pankaj DigiWorld.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due on the agreed-upon schedule, and any overdue payments may result in a pause or termination of services until payment is received.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property developed or created during the course of providing digital marketing services, including but not limited to ad copy, graphics, and marketing strategies, shall remain the property of Pankaj DigiWorld unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, and customer data.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. Pankaj DigiWorld reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client engages in unethical or illegal activities.

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pankaj DigiWorld, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the client’s use of the digital marketing services or any content provided by the client.
